Abbie White is the Founder of The Execution Zone and Sales Redefined. She is one of Australia’s most dynamic and in-demand sales experts. With over 15 years’ experience in sales and sales management, Abbie’s proven track record includes assisting in the delivery of over $300M in sales across a range of industries.
Abbie is results driven and obsessed with execution. Through her countless projects, Abbie has learned how to move teams from reactive to proactive and embed positive new habits.
As a leader in the field of peak performance coaching and consulting, Abbie’s radically fresh approach is based on cutting edge developments in neuroscience and psychology. This means that while her strategies are astonishingly effective, they won’t require you to sell your soul.
Abbie is an expert at creating profound shifts in the performance of sales professionals, regardless of personality type or previous experience. Her infectious energy and unique approach to ‘selling without selling’ works in synergy with your authentic self, so you’re able to actually enjoy the process of helping customers and clients make better decisions – even if until now you’ve been vehemently ‘sales averse’!
Prior to founding The Execution Zone and Sales Redefined, Abbie was appointed as National Sales Manager at IBM, where she managed a $100M AUD portfolio, and successfully catapulted the ANZ region from the lowest to highest performing, globally.
Abbie holds a BSc Honors in Business Management, Diploma in Positive Psychology and is also a certified MSCEIT practitioner. The latter enables her to complement her sales enablement with abilities-based emotional intelligence testing. This can assist you in gaining unprecedented insights about your sales team’s EQ, in order to help you further enhance their success.
